Reservation Form
Thank you for reserving with Allway Limousine Service. For quality assurance, please review your reservation for the correct dates, addresses, and times. It is your responsibility to inform us of any corrections. Allway Limousine Service is not responsible for any errors if not reported.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 100% non-refundable payment is required when the reservation is made. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the case of cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Remaining Payments
Remaining payments must be paid 30 days before the reservation date and will be charged automatically to the card on file. Reply to this email to confirm your acceptance of these terms. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@allwaylimousa.com.
Overtime Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Any overtime will be charged to the credit card used for booking. Overtime is charged by the hour, not prorated, at the same rate specified in the contract. A security deposit will also be charged before the event date for overtime and damages. The deposit will be refunded within 3-4 business days after the trip, following the vehicle inspection.
If another engagement follows your service, Allway Limousine Service cannot guarantee availability for overtime hours. We reserve the right to end services once your contracted time has expired. If you anticipate needing more time, please book in advance.
Cardholder Acceptance
By replying to this email, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of Allway Limousine Service, including the understanding that deposits are non-refundable.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payments by bank cheque must clear 7 days before your service date. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking.
Traffic and Congestion Policy
Allway Limousine Service will not be held liable for delays due to traffic, roadblocks, or driver misdirection by passengers. Delays caused by weather are the responsibility of the customer. Credits are not issued for traffic delays, so please plan extra time if necessary.
Address and Stop Information
Ensure all addresses and stops are provided in advance. Allway Limousine Service is not responsible for delays caused by rerouting or finding new locations during your trip. Any tolls incurred during the trip will be paid by the customer.
Weather Policy
Allway Limousine Service reserves the right to suspend services during inclement weather that could impact safety. In such cases, a future date will be offered for the service, and deposits will be held for that date.
Vehicle Damage Policy
The person making the reservation accepts full financial responsibility for any physical damage, including crystal breakage, burn marks, stains, or other damages. If passengers act disorderly, Allway Limousine Service reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund. Legal action will be pursued for unpaid damage fees.
Smoking and Alcohol Policy
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. A $350 charge will apply for each occurrence. Your driver will allow smoking outside the vehicle if necessary. Illegal drugs are prohibited, and alcohol is not allowed if passengers are under 21. A $350 cleaning fee will apply for any bodily fluids requiring cleanup.
Passenger Count Policy
Chauffeurs will not operate the vehicle if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s capacity. Please ensure the vehicle you book can accommodate your party.
General Terms and Conditions
If Allway Limousine Service cannot provide the contracted service, the maximum liability is limited to a full refund or a credit toward future service. In case of mechanical failure, we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with a comparable option. If the vehicle breaks down en route, we will send a substitute vehicle at no extra charge.
Passengers must ensure they have all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. Allway Limousine Service is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the event.
In cases where legal or collection services are required for non-payment, the client is responsible for all associated costs. Failure to comply with the terms of this contract may result in service termination, forfeiture of payments, and deposits.
Chauffeurs have the authority to determine whether vehicles can safely navigate certain areas. Clients may need to walk to or from the vehicle if the location poses a safety risk. Standing or walking in the vehicle while in motion is prohibited for safety reasons.
Allway Limousine Service will not be held liable for any injuries due to sudden stops or other incidents while the vehicle is in motion.
